South Beach Diet Snacks

South beach diet snacks allow you to have a mid morning and mid afternoon snack. You are supposed to eat mid morning and mid afternoon south beach diet snacks in phases 1 and 2 of the diet. These snacks help to satisfy your hunger so that you don’t feel deprived.

South beach diet snacks in phase 1 of the diet include 1 part skim mozzarella cheese stick, celery stuffed with 1 wedge light cheese, turkey roll-ups with cilantro mayonnaise, ham roll-ups, cherry tomatoes stuffed with low fat cottage cheese, cucumber rounds with salmon spread, hummus with raw vegetables, ½ cup of cottage cheese and fresh mozzarella cheese balls.

South beach diet snacks in phase 2 of the diet includes 1 hard-boiled egg, fresh pear with 1 wedge of light cheese, 4 oz. non-fat sugar-free yogurt, small granny smith apple with 1 Tbsp peanut butter, hummus with raw vegetables, 1 part-skim mozzarella cheese sticks and baba ghannouj with raw vegetables or wrapped in a lettuce leaf.
