Beach Diet Plan
The
south beach diet plan is not a low carbohydrate or low
fat diet plan. The south beach diet plan allows you
to eat the right carbs and good fats while avoiding
bad carbs and bad fats. On this plan, you can eat three
balanced meals a day including foods like lean meat,
vegetables, cheese and nuts. The south beach diet plans
encourages you to eat until your hunger is satisfied.

The
south beach diet plan is composed of three phases. Phase
1 is the most restrictive, phase 2 allows you to add
bread, pasta, rice, potatoes and fruit back into your
diet and phase 3 is the maintenance phase. The south
beach diet plan will allow you to maintain your ideal
weight and will become a way of life for your eating
habits. |

The south beach diet plan focuses on eating good carbs
such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains and bans
bad carbs such as highly processed ones where fiber
has been stripped away. The south beach diet plan does
not allow you to eat white flour or white sugar but
you can eat whole grain breads and cereals and whole
wheat pasta.
The
south beach diet plan does not require you to exercise
but you will lose more weight faster if you are active
and exercise on a regular basis while on the south beach
diet plan. This diet plan does not count fat grams,
number of calories or carbs and does not set limits
on portion sizes. The south beach diet plan can become
a way of life for you and should be easy to follow even
when you eat out. |
