South Beach Diet Phase 1 Recipes

Phase 1 south beach diet recipes include ingredients such as lean meat, chicken, turkey, fish and shell-fist. Phase 1 south beach diet recipes also include foods such as vegetables, eggs, cheese and nuts. Phase 1 recipes do not include fruit, sugar, bread, rice, potatoes, pasta or ice cream.
