South Beach Diet Food List

South beach diet food list includes foods that allow you to eat three balanced meals a day. The south beach diet grocery list allows you to buy foods like mozzarella cheese sticks, granny smith apples with peanut butter, non-fat yogurt and boiled eggs for mid morning and mid afternoon snacks. The south beach diet grocery list also allows you to buy ricotta crème, sugar free pudding, chocolate-dipped strawberries and pistachio bark for dessert.

South beach diet food list would exclude foods like bread, rice, potatoes, pasta, candy, cake, cookies, fruit and baked goods in phase 1 of the diet. The south beach diet grocery list would also exclude beer, wine and any kind of alcohol in phase 1 of the diet. The south beach diet food list includes lean meats, vegetables, eggs, cheese and nuts.
